Hatha Yoga on Tuesdays @ 6:30PM with Ana.

Discover the true meaning of self by diving deep into the ancient practice of Yoga. Every hour session will encompass a focus on your specific goal based on your inquired answers. We will learn & practice the 8 limbs of yoga together. Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana & Samadhi. Yoga is the union of your soul (Atma) and the creator (Braham) but in order to achieve this it is believed you must follow the 8 limbs of Yoga; a catalyst that allows us to become more self aware in our everyday life. This awareness allows us to consciously care for ourselves and everything that is alive around us, including our planet.

Ana graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in 2017 & taught Physical Education & Health for 3 years. She has dedicated the past 3 years of her life to social entrepreneurship, social justice, low waste advocacy & building a successful business with New Earth in mind that includes justice for all. Ana recently completed 200 hours of Hatha-Ashtanga YTT conducted by Adi Yogpeeth, a school based in Rishikesh, India. She looks forward to being a student & a teacher of this beautiful ancient knowledge.
