New Beginnings Reiki Infused Sound Bath

With the new year comes new beginnings and the year 2024 (8 in numerology) brings success, power and abundance! Start the year off right and allow the gentle and transformational Reiki-infused sounds of frosted crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and chimes wash away anything that may be holding you back from your highest potential. Allow the sounds to relax your mind, body and soul and raise your frequency & vibration for your best year yet!

We will start off the session with some journal prompts to help you reflect on what success and abundance mean to you and setting the intention to attract these things to you in 2024. As we move into the reiki infused sound bath, allow the transformational sounds to help release what is hindering your success and transport you into a state of flow, making space for all that is in perfect alignment with your highest and best good to come to you with greater ease, trust and grace. 

This event is limited to 8 people to allow for a more intimate experience. 

WHAT TO BRING

Journal & pen, yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, and water. You may also feel called to bring something to cover your eyes to filter out light during the sound bath or special crystals or personal items to assist you on this journey.
