Reiki Infused Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony with Amy & Maria Gauthier of Haven Sound. 

You are the invited to experience an uplifting afternoon of community and healing for the heart and soul. 

We will open with a cacao ceremony where Amy will guide everyone to drink a cup of ceremonial grade cacao together. Mama Cacao is a healing plant medicine. It is pure 100% dark chocolate. It is prepared as a healthy and uplifting warm drink. It enhances meditation and energy work. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved and loving. It opens and heals your heart chakra which allows for a release of any stagnant emotions. Amy will incorporate breath work and guided imagery into our cacao ceremony. 

As the cacao begins to flow, Maria will welcome you to experience a beautiful immersive sound healing meditation that will relax, restore and renew your soul.  Dive deep into connecting with your body and inner wisdom. Cancel out the noise and the stresses of everyday life and recenter yourself, allowing voice and sound to move through you like medicine for your soul. Amy will provide Reiki to the group throughout the sound healing. Reiki healing energy works synergistically with Mama Cacao and sound meditation in this journey to help dissolve the veil of disconnection between others, nature, the universe and pure Love. 

You will leave feeling connected, relaxed and renewed.

How to prepare the day of your ceremony:

Please try and eat lighter during the day and drink lots of plain water. This will increase your energetic sensitivity to our work together. Always listen to your body.

A full ceremonial dose of cacao may not be for everybody. Most people can drink cacao. However, if you are pregnant, allergic to chocolate/cacao, have a heart condition, are taking certain antidepressants, or are extremely sensitive to stimulants, please contact us before booking your ticket.
