Next, we will examine the importance of dinacharya, or daily routines, in promoting health and wellbeing. We will discuss the ways in which you can align your daily habits with the rhythms of nature to support your body's natural healing processes.
We will also delve into the four pillars of Ayurveda - food, sleep, exercise, and self-care - and how these elements work together to create optimal health and wellness.
You will need a notebook and pen to take notes, a mat and bolster or blanket to keep warm and it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing as we will practice an integrative meditation at the end.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear understanding of Ayurveda and how it can be applied to your daily life. You will also take away practical tools and techniques to help you maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
