An invitation to activate your healing energy with Reiki level 1 with Reiki Master Teacher, Jessica Xavier.

This class will provide you with ancient and modern tools to begin practicing Reiki on yourself and loved ones. Gain insight on how to balance and optimize your energetic system. We will explore the chakra system and offer best practices to be in harmony.

This is a 2 day class (4 hr sessions). Attendance at both sessions is required for certification.

Monday, June 19th & Tuesday, June 20th @ 5pm-9pm.

We will cover:

- An overview and the benefits of Traditional Usui Reiki

- In depth exploration of the Chakras

- When and how to use Reiki

- Activation

- Practice

Prior to class, you will receive an email with a short description of what to bring to class. Upon completion of this course, you will receive certification for traditional Usui Reiki Level 1.

Reiki Master Teacher, Jessica is a Shamanic Reiki Master and Usui Reiki Master Teacher. Jessica is the co-founder of Thrive Tribe Collaborative and Thrive Tribe Cafe. She studied Psychology at Rhode Island College and later trained in Neuro-linguistic Programming which taught her how to help others heal through shifting their language. Throughout the years, Jessica has expanded her healing ways through IET, Soul Realignment, Seraphim Blueprint Healing, Astropsychology, and Shamanic Reiki.
