In this special seasonal sound bath Maria will share two original acoustic songs to bring you to a state of deep relaxation and gratitude for true meaning of the holidays and the beauty of the season. Each participant will also receive 1:1 sound vibration with Tibetan medicine bowls at the crown chakra to connect you to your spirit, as well as your sense of universal consciousness and unity. Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote a sense of ease and inner peace.

In addition, you may experience relief from chronic pain, vertigo and migraines. With 25 years of experience studying and creating music, Maria is educated and certified in sound healing and shamanism, from The Center of Light Institute in Vermont. She is a multi-instrumentalist who creates healing and meditative soundscapes, to ease the mind, body and spirit, and soothe the soul.

She is passionate about sharing her love for sound medicine and integrating it into the community as a profound modality for restoration and inner peace. Her love for sound healing came from her lifelong study and creation of music and her knowing that music has always been the most significant source of healing in her own life.
